Beacon Hill / Country Park

One of the highest points in Leicestershire.

From it's rocky summit there are excellent views of Loughborough and the surrounding countryside. The park consists of 180 acres of woodland, bracken and rhododendrons.

Close to the summit are the remains of a bronze age settlement.

Located near Woodhouse Eaves and accessed from Breakback Road, the park is open every day.

Car Parks close at dusk.
